Trust Information Dialog Box (Proposed)

Use the Trust Information dialog box to propose a trust. Designate the asset that you want to give to the proposed trust and enter the information about that asset.

For detailed information, pass your cursor over the graphic and click on an item.

If you select Unitrust, the Annual Annuity prompt becomes inaccessible and the Pct of Initial Balance prompt changes to Pct of Annual Balance.

If you enter a trust on the Trusts (Proposed) screen in a scenario other than the Current Situation, you are indicating that your client is not currently implementing a trust and that you want to propose one. If your client currently has a trust in effect, enter the existing trust using the Trusts (Existing) screen.

Note: The Trust Type you select determines which prompts appear on this dialog box and the assets available to gift to the trust.
