Taxable Estate at Second Grandparent's Death

 

The taxable estate includes all assets owned by the grandparent and any assets from the deceased spouse that are in the Marital Deduction. In other words, the taxable estate equals Trust A plus the value of Trust C (the Reverse QTIP).
