• Insurance on the life of another (attach form 712 and report full economic value)
• Business interests (partnerships & proprietorships with five years of balance sheets)
• Claims (tax refunds)
• Royalties
• Farm products & growing crops
• Automobiles
• Household goods, personal effects, and wearing apparel
• Shares in trust funds (attach copy of trust)
• Rights
• Leaseholds
• Judgments
• Reversionary or remainder interest
