Generation-Skipping Transfer to Grandchildren (First)

The Generation-Skipping Transfer to grandchildren is a direct gift/bequest to use the entire GSTT Exemption from the first grandparent’s estate to the grandchildren. This usually goes directly to the grandchildren at the death of the first grandparent.

See GSTT Exemption for more details.
